What is Velvior?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. There are no minimum requirements, and all orders are shipped at no extra cost to you.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order we send.

What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Please contact us at support@velvior.com and we will guide you through the steps.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Do you accept exchanges?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please start by checking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days, contact us at support@velvior.com and we will look into it for you.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We are sorry if your item arrives damaged. Please send an email to support@velvior.com with a short explanation and a photo if possible. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund based on what you prefer.

Can I update or cancel my order?
